Robust Illumination Adaptation for Dark Video Human Action Recognition (IEEE T-CSVT 2025)
OwlSight is a robust illumination adaptation framework that bridges low-light enhancement and action recognition in an end-to-end pipeline.
The key insight: prior pipelines waste brightness signal because enhancement and recognition are optimized in isolation. OwlSight jointly optimizes both, achieving strong dark-video action recognition without sacrificing the cleanliness of enhanced frames.
